Registered Office

To many Company Officers the option to have a different registered office from the actual trading address is quite an important feature available for Limited Companies. This could be due to many different reasons, for instance the trading address being a residential address, or perhaps the trading address being an address where important posted documents are likely to be misplaced or not dealt with.

For these reasons we offer the option to have the registered office of any Limited Company at our main office in Barnet.

The cost involved for this service is just £150 + VAT and includes post forwarding to any address with in the UK.

There are further features available such as post scanning, post emailing, and forwarding to an address outside of the UK, all of these are priced dependent on the level of activity involved. To get an accurate quote please Contact us.

Director Service Address

Since the complete implementation of the Companies Act 2006 a further option has been added in regards to the addresses of the directors. Basically now two addresses are required for each director the "Usual Residential" and a "Service" address.

The Service address is the address which is published on the public record, this can be the usual residential address, however many directors would prefer it to be a different address.

We now offer the option for our Barnet address to be the service address for any director of a company, for a small fee of £50 + VAT per annum. This will work in much the same manner as the registered office service.
