Although the new Companies Act 2006 has introduced the optional choice of whether to have a Company Secretary or not, Highstone Comapny Formations Limited offer a service of using our dedicated Company, Highstone Secretaries Limited, to act as Company Secretary for any Limited Company.

The reponsibilities associated to the Company Secretary are transferred to the Director since the introduction of this section of the Companies Act 2006, however if you opt to have a Company Secretary these reponsibilites remain with the Secretary.
