Any UK Limited Company has two compliance functions in common, Annual Company Accounts and a Statutory document called an Annual Return.
Accounts - The Annual Accounts for a trading Company will need completing by an Accountant however if the Company is currently Dormant the accounts can be completed by Highstone Company Formations Limited, the fee for completion of Dormant Accounts is £40 + VAT. We can complete this either online or manually for the same fee.
Annual Return - The Annual Return needs to be completed for each Company whether it is trading or not. The responsibility for this falls under the Secretary's guise. However since the introduction of the ability to not have a Secretary this responsibility is transferred to the Director. Highstone Company Formations offers this as a separate service to that of the Secretary to aid the Company Director(s). This can be completed on your behalf for £50 + VAT online and £55 + VAT manually.
